“Arrived for morning tour. Tower closed due to weather. Told to contact company. Did so and requested a refund for the tower part. Still waiting to hear anything back two weeks later. Did have river cruise - so so. Told to come back for city tour in afternoon despite this supposed to be part of morning tour. Kept waiting in freezing cold for half hour after supposed departure time. Not allowed on the bus as driver not there. Bus had hard wooden seats with no padding. The mobile phone app for the audio kept locking up on me. Was ok for my wife.”

“VERY IMPORTANT!! Meeting point address was incorrect. It took us to the hospital. We had to walk about 20 minutes to get to the train station meeting point. We were able to call and reach a person who could direct us to the correct meeting point. I was calling internationally so more expensive and was not planning to walk run to the tour site. “Montparnasse Tower has great views of Paris. The kids really enjoyed the rooftop and there is a nice seating area to just sit back and enjoy the view. There is a quick elevator to the 56th floor observation room, but you must climb 3 flights of stairs to get to the rooftop. If you have trouble walking, as I do it’s difficult and the rooftop definitely not wheelchair accessible. It would be nice if they added an escalator.”
