She was super friendly and made the journey to Giverny enjoyable and fun! Definitely enjoyed the private group entrance and all the time we had to explore the grounds plus the town itself!”

“The gardens are spectacular and worth seeing. The bus ride was comfortable. It wasn’t clear that the “audio guide” would be a website accessed by our own phone. Also, we would have liked more time to soak it all in instead of rushing back to meet the bus so next time we’d probably go on our own.”

“There was no tour. I didn’t have high hopes after asking about a meeting time and not hearing back until calling customer service. Then I was given a late afternoon time at 10:30 pm the night before. The day of the tour I received a message about an hour before we were to meet that the guide couldn’t make it because of and illness or injury. Luckily we were able to tour on our own as this was the only day we had in Paris. I would not recommend wasting your time booking this one.”

“Wow! This guided tour was absolutely phenomenal. As a group of 7 with people of all ages including young children, our guide was incredible. She shared her knowledge and passion of history in such an engaging way that kept our young kids interested, which was something that was important to us. Every member of our family thoroughly enjoyed this tour. The pace at which we explored the Palace was perfect and the Gardens were stunning. Definitely a must do for families or groups.”

“The tour was not as advertised. We were rushed around the house and garden by the guide. There was no chance to explore the village of Giverny and no visit to Versailles. After the event the communication between Viator and ourselves and subsequently between Clewel Travel was disappointing . It turned out to be an expensive exercise and not value for money.”

Roffy (from City Unscripted) was an excellent guide and spent six hours with my nephew and I showing us around Paris including some of the more well known land marks along with some hidden "surprises". There were several places we went to that would never have been on our list given this was our first time in Paris so in my opinion, this tour was worth every cent to get a local perspective and see some lesser known things.
