“Sights were great. Met some great people but tour guide Kym should be in a different profession unless he just handles the Chinese market. He was very dismissive when I asked him questions. Also my name is pronounced a different way to its spelt and I asked him to address me that way and his reply was " its spelt like that " he just didn't care. If it was based just on the guide I would have given 1 star”

“Normally my experience w Viator is great. However, Viator was unable to provide tickets or support or any response follow up. They offered a date that the museum was not open and when asked for a refund they sent my request elsewhere and have been radio silent on all reach outs on when I should hear a response or get a refund. Truly disappointed.”
